Returns are handled directly by Amazon or the third-party seller you purchased from.

Starting a return

1. Sign in to your Amazon account and open Your Orders.
2. Select the item and choose Return or Replace Items.
3. Follow the prompts to print a label or choose a drop-off location.

Return windows

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Some categories, such as opened consumables, ink, or furniture, may have different policies. Check the product page on Amazon for details.

Refunds

Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method once the return is received and processed.
